Higgsfield answers a team's security and finance review on four points: data training is excluded on Enterprise, SOC 2 and SSO are available on the higher plans, a VAT or Tax ID can be added to invoices, and Enterprise comes with priority support in Slack. Are Our Uploads Used to Train Models?
On Enterprise, no. Inputs and outputs are excluded from model training and handled as confidential; Higgsfield does not train on Enterprise data.
On Team and Scale, the no-training clause is not included. A team that needs this commitment in writing takes the Enterprise plan. The plan comparison is in the Help Center article on team and business plans.
Is There SOC 2 and SSO?
- SOC 2 and legal indemnification are included on Enterprise. Security is SOC 2 aligned.
- SSO is included on Scale and Enterprise.
- Payments on every plan go through Stripe; the card is entered on Stripe's form at checkout.
How Does a Team Pay?
Team and Scale are bought from the Pricing page by card, Apple Pay or a supported bank payment, and billed per seat. Team is $79 per seat a month with 1,000 credits per seat; Scale is $215 per seat a month with 2,500 credits per seat. Credits from all seats pool into one workspace balance. Enterprise pricing is negotiated with Sales.
What finance gets:
- Invoices in Manage Account → Subscription.
- A VAT or Tax ID can be added at checkout under "I am buying as a business" and appears on the invoice. It cannot be added to an invoice already issued.
- Tax calculated from the billing address.

How a workspace runs:
- Roles. The Owner holds billing, credits, members and settings. Members generate from the shared balance. Admins get rights one by one from the Owner: manage seats, pause a member's spend, manage groups, top up credits, export usage, view member assets.
- Assets. Generations made on a team plan belong to the workspace and stay there when a member leaves.
- Seats. An added seat is charged immediately on monthly billing or added to the next quarterly invoice on annual billing. Removing a member does not reduce paid seats until the next cycle, through Support.
- Cancellation. The Owner submits a form in Manage Account → Subscription; access continues until the end of the paid period.
What Does Onboarding Look Like?
Team and Scale are self-service: the Owner subscribes from the Pricing page, invites members, and the workspace is live. Support goes through the contact page.
Enterprise is arranged with the sales team: Pricing page → Business plans tab → Contact Sales. It includes priority support in Slack, sub-workspaces with their own credit allocation from the shared pool, user groups with per-group limits, and bulk member import by CSV.
Every workspace uses the same 35+ frontier models, Cinema Studio, Soul ID characters and the MCP connector as individual plans.
FAQ
Does Higgsfield train on our data on the Team plan?
The no-training clause is an Enterprise feature. On Enterprise, inputs and outputs are excluded from training and handled as confidential; on Team and Scale it is not included.
Can we pay by invoice?
Team and Scale are paid at checkout through Stripe, and a VAT or Tax ID can be added to the invoice. Invoicing terms beyond that are part of the Enterprise agreement.
Do we get SSO?
On Scale and Enterprise. Team does not include SSO.
Who do we talk to during onboarding?
Team and Scale: the contact page. Enterprise: the sales team for setup, then priority support in Slack.
